Warranty Information
All authorised repairs following this diagnostic are covered by a 3-Month Return-to-Base (RTB) Warranty. This warranty covers the specific repair work carried out and any fitted parts.
If an issue related to the original repair reoccurs within the warranty period, return the console to us — we’ll inspect and resolve the issue at no additional labour cost.
Please note:

The warranty excludes accidental or liquid damage, misuse, or unrelated faults.

Customers cover shipping both ways for RTB warranty claims.
