Warranty Information
All cleaning and servicing work is covered by a 3-Month Return-to-Base (RTB) Warranty. This covers workmanship and any issues directly related to the cleaning or reassembly process.
If a related issue occurs within 3 months, return your laptop and we’ll recheck it free of labour charges.
Please note:

Warranty excludes unrelated hardware faults, accidental or liquid damage.

Customers cover shipping both ways for RTB warranty claims.
