1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
  • If an order is placed after 2:00 PM GMT, it will be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options:

UK Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping (2-4 business days) – Calculated at checkout. Please contact us for specific shipping requests.
  • Express Shipping or Customer-Specified Shipping – Calculated at checkout. Please contact us for specific shipping requests.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the UK.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations in certain regions.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • You can track your order through our courier partners’ websites using the tracking number provided.

5. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
  • In case of a lost or stolen package, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. However, Elevation I.T. is not responsible for lost or stolen items once marked as β€˜delivered.’
  • If you provided an incorrect address, we cannot guarantee a refund or reshipment.

6. Returns, Repairs & Damages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Repair & Service Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping faulty devices to us for repair.
  • Once the repair is completed, return shipping to the customer is free.
