💼 Warranty Information:
We back the installation with a 12-month Return-to-Base (RTB) warranty covering defects in the installed Hall Effect hardware. If any issues arise under normal usage during this period, simply return your controller to us for repair or recalibration.
Note: This warranty does not cover misuse, tampering, or third-party modifications. All claims are subject to inspection. Warranty does not include full replacement or refund.
📋 Terms & Conditions:
- Genuine Sony DualSense (PS5) controllers only – unofficial or aftermarket controllers are not accepted.
- This service includes only the supply and installation of Hall Effect modules and thumbstick caps. Other repairs (e.g. battery, triggers, ports, buttons) are not included unless separately agreed.
