Warranty Information
All cleaning and servicing work is covered by a 3-Month Return-to-Base (RTB) Warranty. This covers workmanship and any issues directly related to the cleaning or reassembly process.
If any related issue occurs within 3 months, simply return your computer and we’ll recheck it free of labour charge.
Please note:

The warranty excludes unrelated hardware faults, accidental or liquid damage.

Customers cover shipping both ways for RTB warranty claims.

The Computer Clean & Service covers one desktop system and includes a full internal clean and thermal paste replacement.

Additional repairs, upgrades, or component replacements are quoted separately.

The £50 fee is non-refundable once the clean has been completed.
