  4. Our team will carry out up to 1 hour of testing.

  5. We’ll provide a repair quote covering labour, parts, and shipping.

  6. If you proceed, your £50 diagnostic fee is deducted.

  7. If you decline or the device isn’t repairable, the £50 becomes a non-refundable bench fee.

Warranty Information

All authorised repairs following this diagnostic are covered by a 3-Month Return-to-Base (RTB) Warranty. This warranty protects the specific repair work and any parts fitted.

If an issue reoccurs within the warranty period, return the computer to us and we’ll inspect and correct the problem at no additional labour cost.

Please note:

  • The warranty excludes accidental or liquid damage, misuse, or unrelated faults.

  • Customers cover shipping both ways for RTB claims.

Terms & Conditions

  • The Computer Diagnostic Service covers up to 1 hour of technician time.

  • Repairs, replacement parts, and postage are additional costs.

  • The fee is non-refundable if the computer is not repairable or you decline the repair.

  • Any extra diagnostic time required will be discussed first.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping to and from Elevation I.T.
