Hi, I’m Chris Stephens, founder and owner of Elevation IT.
With over 20 years of experience working within the IT and technology industry, I’ve spent my career solving technical problems, repairing equipment, supporting businesses, and helping people get the most from their technology.
Over the years I’ve worked across computer repairs, networking, diagnostics, electronics, security systems, technical consultancy, and advanced board-level repairs.
I started Elevation IT because I became frustrated with poor customer service, poor communication, and businesses that treated customers like numbers rather than people.
Today my mission is simple:
