Book a Collection Service and let Elevation IT collect your console, controller, laptop or PC directly from your home or workplace. There’s no need to package your device or travel to our workshop. We’ll collect the device, diagnose the fault, carry out the repair and return it once complete.
Our collection and return service is designed for customers across Fareham and surrounding areas who want a simple and convenient way to have their devices repaired.
How It Works
1. Submit Your Collection Request
Complete the collection form below and tell us about your device and the fault.
2. We’ll Contact You
We’ll confirm your location, collection zone and arrange a suitable collection date.
3. We Collect Your Device
We’ll collect the device directly from your home or workplace.
4. Diagnostic & Repair
Your device is assessed in our fully equipped workshop where repairs can be completed efficiently using professional tools and equipment.
5. Return Delivery
Once complete, we’ll return the device and demonstrate the repair where applicable.
