£50 includes up to 1 hour of remote support.

Additional Time
Most issues can be resolved within the initial one-hour session.
Where additional time is required, further support will be charged at £50 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments.
Please Note:
- The support session covers up to one hour from the agreed start time.
- Unused time cannot be carried forward, credited, or transferred to future sessions.
- Additional time will only be provided with customer approval.
- Parts, replacement hardware, software licences, and third-party services are charged separately where required.
- Some faults may require onsite attendance or workshop repair.

- Service is subject to appointment availability.
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Remote access is only performed with customer consent.
- Parts and third-party software are not included unless specifically quoted.
- Some hardware faults cannot be repaired remotely and may require workshop or onsite services.
Session Duration
The Remote IT Support Service includes a single support session of up to one hour.
Any unused portion of the session is forfeited upon completion and cannot be carried forward, credited, refunded, or used against future support sessions.
Where additional time is required to complete the work, further support will be charged at the applicable hourly rate and must be approved by the customer before work continues.
